Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 2, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ValeCor LLC (“ValeCor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use ValeCor websites, dashboards, subscriptions, communications, and related services (the “Service”).

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Account information: email address, authentication information, account identifiers, plan status, and preferences.
  • Plan and progress information: selected focus areas, goals, reasons for goals, assigned supporting goals, completed actions, progress measurements, weekly reviews, refinements, small-win achievements, and similar content you choose to submit.
  • Transaction information: plan selected, price, billing interval, payment status, renewal status, and limited transaction metadata. Payment-card information is processed by Stripe; ValeCor does not need to receive your full card number.
  • Technical and usage information: browser and device information, IP-derived general location, log data, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, cookie identifiers, and diagnostic information.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, survey responses, reminder preferences, phone number when provided for text reminders, and marketing preferences.

Please do not submit information that is unnecessary for the Service, such as medical records, financial-account passwords, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, or another person’s confidential information.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • create and secure accounts, authenticate users, and provide plan access;
  • save and display goals, progress, actions, and reviews;
  • process purchases, manage subscriptions, and respond to billing questions;
  • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, protect, analyze, and improve the Service;
  • communicate about accounts, security, transactions, product updates, and support;
  • send marketing communications when permitted and honor opt-out choices;
  • enforce our Terms of Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Service providers: companies that help host, secure, support, analyze, communicate, send account or reminder messages, or operate the Service, including Webflow, Memberstack, Stripe, and other vendors we use.
  • Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, and consultants where reasonably necessary.
  • Legal and safety recipients: authorities or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
  • Business transaction recipients: potential or actual parties to a merger, financing, reorganization, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate protections.
  • At your direction: when you ask us to share information or connect a third-party service.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use the private goals, reflections, or progress entries you submit for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices required by law.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember settings, maintain plan progress, prevent abuse, understand use, and improve performance. Browser controls may allow you to limit cookies, but disabling necessary storage can prevent account, checkout, or dashboard features from working correctly.

6. Legal bases for processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as needed to perform our contract with you, pursue legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Service, comply with legal obligations, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent for future processing when consent is the applicable basis, without affecting prior lawful processing.

7. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and protect users. Retention varies by data type and context. We may retain limited records of purchases, consent, security events, and account history after account closure where legally or operationally necessary.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No service or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your password and device and for notifying us of suspected unauthorized account use.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

You may update certain account details, manage a subscription, or stop marketing emails using available account controls or unsubscribe links. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to appeal a privacy decision.

To submit a privacy request, email support@valecor.co. We may need to verify your identity. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Account deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting us. Deletion may remove or de-identify dashboard data, but limited information may be retained where required for billing records, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and paid plans are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. International users and transfers

ValeCor and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Those locations may have data-protection laws different from your home jurisdiction. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

13. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. ValeCor is not responsible for the independent privacy or security practices of third parties.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
